RETURN POLICY

We prioritize our customers’ satisfaction and offer a comprehensive return policy. If you’re unsatisfied with your order for any reason—whether due to size issues, product discrepancies, or manufacturing defects—you have the right to return it.

Returns are accepted within 14 days from the day your order arrives at the delivery address. Please ensure that returned items are accompanied by a filled-out Return Form, which is provided within any package.

Returned items must adhere to the following criteria:

    • Unworn, undamaged, unwashed, and unused
    • All tags attached and original packaging included
    • Final sale items can’t be returned unless damaged or faulty upon delivery
    • Made-to-order items can’t be returned, except if damaged or faulty upon delivery, with possible necessary alterations

For added convenience, we can arrange a delivery pick-up at your location through our delivery company. Simply email us with the pick-up details, and we’ll generate a payment link for delivery costs and provide a shipping label for printing and attaching to the parcel. The cost of shipping will be covered by us.

We advise retaining proof of return, such as a consignment note, in case of disputes. Excessive and unjustified returns, exceeding three instances in violation of our terms and conditions, may result in refusal of future orders at our discretion.

Once we receive your return, processing may take up to 5 working days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, excluding delivery costs. Refunds may take up to 14 days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider. Please note that Paypal transactional charges are not refunded, as these are levied by Paypal and not L’aoriri.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, not the right size or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@laoriri.com with the pick-up details. The cost of shipping will be covered by us.
